Here is a quick guide for configuring Multi Factor Authentication into Oracle Cloud:

1. Go to Identity> Federation and click on admin console.

Click on Default Sign-On Policy

Click on Sign-On rules

Edit Default Sign-On Rule and update Action settings in default sign-on rule

4. To update email and mobile app passcode factors settings, Go to Security-> MFA

Click configure next to mobile app passcode
