Walmart acquired the assets of Art.com in 2018, an e-commerce site that features more than 2 million images and on-demand customization services.

Art.com, a prominent online retailer specializing in art prints and custom framing, sought to optimize their Enterprise Business Suite (EBS) platform by migrating it to the Oracle Cloud. With a focus on enhancing management capabilities and leveraging cloud advantages, Art.com collaborated with Vast Edge, a leading cloud solutions provider.
Art.com's primary goal was to streamline the management of their EBS platform by transitioning to the Oracle Cloud. They aimed for a comprehensive solution encompassing as-is migration of applications and datasets, platform upgrades, cloud security setup, and implementing a digital assistant.
